Loved the staff , pool was really clean , room needed a little more cleaning other than that everything was perfect.

I normally dont leave reviews if I plan to return but unfortunately I do not plan on returning. The room was dusty, dirty and half of the lights in the room didnt work. The bedding smelled like lysol spray which has me concerned that thats how the bedding was "cleaned", the pillows were lunpy and old.

Everything is in working condition, Manager is available 24 hours on property, Our team is ready to help guest any time, Guest did not tell us any thing during stay or even at checkout time. But so sorry for inconveniency.

We showed up with two registered service dogs and were told we had to get two seperate rooms. It was 11 pm. We had to go find a different hotel and we were still charged. Pet friendly? Not at all. And these were not pets.

The bedding look like it hadn’t been washed. I had to go out to my truck and get my sleeping bag and sleeping in that.

Posted 25 Jul 2024 on HotelsAt first, owner accommodated us because we had two dogs, but because of this, put us in a room infested with dead cockroaches on the floor and on the bed and the restroom went back into let him know we were leaving, and he gave us a different room. It was cleaner, but not much cleaner. he went in before hand. I’m assuming to sweep up all the dead bugs shower curtain looks like it has never been washed was very uncomfortable to shower, especially for my kids because of all the stains and dirt on it we had to get Lysol wipes to clean the room ourselves to feel more comfortable, he was very creepy checked in on us stood outside of our room. Pool was not usable. Looked like a murky swamp. every time we use the ice machine he came out to check and see what we were doing. Also knocked on our door to let us know it was check out prior checkout time and then waited by the door. although the room was big with three beds, I agree it was spacious, but never coming back because of the service and condition of the rooms and pool.
