Was not notified of being under construction! Nice to make it better but should be made aware of prior. Lights shined bright into hotel window from construction lights. Breakfast was very poor tasting. Guy that was working was a bit rude and acted like we were an inconvenience for just for asking if had water.

The property is still under renovation. The room door would not lock properly. And still disappointed there is not a whirlpool/hot tub. Check in was not the best, but am told that Expedia was the issue on this. Disappointed in that....

I didn't understand that the property was no longer owned by the previous company but I was very happy with my stay! The construction was no problem for me.

I don’t know why Expedia offer hotel rooms for property that are under construction.,, My room was Scuzzy looking cheap…., No TUB in the bathroom!!! The properly was nosey .., I had to keep my curtains closed due to a construction using a machine outside my window… felI paid a $160. 00 for the room and I felt I didn’t have an option to leave. I believe Expedia should give a heads up on re Renovating properties at least you can take it in consideration at the time of booking.

the hotel is under renovation - -not a disruption, but kind of cluttered, slightly loud, etc. they removed the hot tub/whirlpool which was a big disappointment. room temp control was not responsive/able to get to a right temp. work-out room is small and skimpy. breakfast was good, and staff was pleasant.

If you were having issues with the thermostat, a member of staff would have been happy to assist had you let one of us know during your stay. The fitness center will be moved and upgraded during renovations. We are glad to hear you enjoyed breakfast and found the staff pleasant though. We hope for an opportunity to host you again so that we can improve upon your stay.
