The property was not as described. Ceiling paint was falling off. Moths in the room, non smoking facility had been smoked in recently. Walls were stained with a brown film similar to tar on walls. The bathroom was not clean & there was hair in the tub. The room smelled of mildew and smoke. The key cards didn’t work twice. Once in the room looked made up. But it was not. Had it not been the only place avail we would have returned the keys and kept moving. The staff was friendly. When I left I waited in the lobby where I noticed the fixtures were outdated and cords running everywhere. There was paint peeling off ceiling in there too. No one was in the office to return the key so I had to leave them on the computer keyboard in hopes someone would find them. Hopefully they did. Would not stay again. Would it recommend them. Not worth the $180 for the night.

I stayed at this property over 8 years ago, back when it was the Days Inn; at the time I enjoyed my first stay, even though I only used the room to sleep in and didn't really spend much time in it; when I planned to come back to Blue Ridge in May of 2022 I decided to stay in this same hotel to relive the memories; but I was wrong. The room wasn't very clean, had black mold on one of the light switches, blood on the shower curtain, my fridge didn't work, my room didn't have a smoke detector in it. I don't even think the hotel had wifi, so I really had nothing to do while in the room. I was supposed to stay in the hotel for two nights but ended up only staying one night as I didn't like the conditions of the room.

Posted 23 May 2022 on HotelsThe lobby is all blocked off, only a window for service. Behind the window are wires and cords hanging for cameras and I'm not sure what else. Tried 3 different rooms before we got a key that worked. When the door closed you could see significant daylight, hole in the shower wall, toilet....definately needed attention it was leaning and the top on the back of it didn't fit. The beds were clean, that is the only reason we didn't leave. Oh and there was coffee in the room but.....no coffee maker! I wouldn't go back, it was too run down. The desk clerk was nice.

Clean but really dated .pool was empty . No hair dryer in room. No coffee machine in room. If you are only looking for somewhere to sleep it’s ok

Big Dog friendly hotel
Posted 5 Apr 2022 on HotelsWas happy to find a place that allowed our big dog a place to stay. Refrigerator and comforter were disgusting but the rest of the place, most importantly the bathroom, was clean and comfortable.

Could not lock the door. The door jam was complete off the wall. Microwave in the floor. Ice bucket under the leaking sink that filled up within five minutes of being and not using the sink. Asked the property manager for another room. And he said no this is the room for expedia guest. All other room are for guest who pay for price.
