"The Palms Resort and Spa was WONDERFUL!!! From the time we got there until the time we left, we were treated exceptionally well by everyone we met. The front desk team were very professional, polite and courteous! The bell captain team was very attentive, not just making sure that our baggage was placed safely in our rooms but also taking care, to make sure we secured transportation when needed. The service and food at each of the restaurants was superb, including the pool side. Complimentary breakfast was fantastic and the team serving, outstanding. (special shout out goes to Reasa Louis and Jane Sweeting for being so very attentive, ensuring that are needs and wants were met. We will definitely return to the island and specifically The Palms Resort and Spa!"

"We enjoyed our 5 night stay. The staff was friendly and attentive, the property was well maintained and there was always a chair available at the beach or pool. The place offers everything you need for your trip. We went out for dinner and prepared lunch using the kitchen. Free shuttle to sister hotel and shopping area was very helpful. "

"What an amazing property. We stayed in a two bedroom seaside room. This was a fully functioning apartment. Washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen and a gorgeous view of the pool and ocean with a large balcony. The kitchen has everything you need, all cooking utensils, pots and pans and two coffee machines. Three TV’s and a large table and seating area. Well lit,non smoking facility. The two restaurants on site were super expensive and not very good but we were in short driving distance to multiple restaurants. I suggest you rent a car. The beach is well maintained and you can order drinks seaside. The housekeeping staff is amazing. Always kept our room clean, plenty of clean towels, turndown service every evening. This is a boutique resort that was not crowded and central to supermarkets and activities like Grace Gourmet and Royal Golf Club. It is a 15 minute drive to and from the airport. Be prepared everything is pricey in Turks and Caicos. US currency is expected everywhere and US electric sockets. I highly recommend. "

"We spent 6 days at Seven Stars and it was easily one of the best stays Ever!! The staff is extraordinary! From the front desk staff to the concierge to the house keeping staff. They are so nice and friendly, always eager to help in every way they can. Amenities galore! We had a 1 bedroom suite with an ocean view and it was amazing! Clean, comfortable and well maintained.
