This was a superb stay although too short but cannot praise the staff for being so kind and caring to my mother. The food was fabulous and our room was spotless. Will stay here again.

The property was a good 3 star hotel. Not fancy at all. We only stayed for one night. There was a lively bar across the street (The Spot). There was also live cultural entertainment at the hotel, which was awesome. The rooms are low average, but the location is conveniently located close to the airport (expect the occasional plane noise from close above). The breakfast is average, with the saving grace being the fresh omeletts.

This property has so much potential given it's location, though failed to deliver - With consideration to only being 3*, with their rates maybe expectation is greater what's on offer. In brief we only stayed one week of a two week booking, the staff on check out didn't even consider asking if everything was ok with our stay, making us feel that this is the norm. The only thing that stands out is credit to the attentive catering staff and poolside entertainment that was enjoyable and not over the top. Bad points starting from check in, we were just directed to our room, a little tour of the facility given all inclusive would of been more welcoming. Our room(10) was basic and tired to say the least, the smell of drain/damp was awful, something we thought we could bear and didn't want to make a fuss. What followed was average food, accompanied by vermin i.e. Pigeon's on the tables and rats throughout in broad daylight. I would question the cleanliness of the pool water for algae to be growing, the plant room looked un operational. All inclusive isn't inclusive to all the drinks on offer, only local spirit and i wouldn't consider the other brands premium A complaint at the time wasn't necessary, we knew nothing could change during our stay and a refund wasn't an option, therefore we chose to move so we had a memorable holiday, though costing us twice for our second week

Our stay was wonderful and peaceful. We had a great time,staff was very kind and helpful. There was various selection of food to choose.The room condition was clean and fresh. Overall, it was amazing and recommend everyone to visit.

Great for large families. The staff were excellent and very helpful. We had such a relaxing wonderful time. Strongly recommended for nature lovers. Birds, dogs and sea creatures are all around. Open and bright. If you like snorkeling it is a must. It has the best spots on the island for diving and snorkeling. Nature reserve all around.

Prior to my arrival I reached out to the property concerning transportation to the resort as well as options to celebrate a birthday. No response. Upon arrival I was greeted appropriately with a meal due to the late arrival. During the stay I sustained a hairline fracture to my right foot. I did not inconvenience any of the staff or patrons however during a nightly event I was inappropriately addressed and directed to move from my location while watching the event for over an hour as I was told the spot was reserved. I requested to speak with manager but nothing. While small these types of things matter to sustain one’s reputation. I left feeling discriminated against. I plan to return to the country however not this location. Shame as its gem spot
