Found everything to be clean and well maintained. Ac unit was a little odd. The wall thermostat did not do anything to the ac unit. Used the controls at unit and worked better but not as expected.

Not good. The shower was not cleaned. Hair in it and a used disgusting dirty washrag hanging on the shower curtain rod. There was poop on the outside edge of the toilet. Pictures of both were sent to hotel staff. Pretty grossed out.

The beds were so comfortable. The bathroom was very roomy and the shower was good. Room was excellent. The breakfast food was not that good. Eggs were dry and tough, sausage was not that good. Pancakes were thin and lacked any flavor. The parking lot was horrible. A very steep driveway with lots of pot holes and bumps in it.

The room was dirty. There was hair in the bed when we turned the covers down. The entry way and bathroom had hair all over the floor. I asked the cleaning lady to change the bed linens and vacuum the floors. When we returned to the room the sheets had been changed; however, there was still hair on the sheets. She did come back and half way vacuum the floor past the first bed; however, she didn't vacuum the entry way, bathroom or the carpet by the second bed. I suggest your cleaning people need training on how to properly clean the room. Rest assure I will never go back to that hotel again.
