Very nice location, just a minute from Kings Crossing but off the main roads so it’s not too noisy. A few amenities, nice room and good housekeeping.

Deepak,After investigating it seems your booking was in fact a no show. Not sure why or how you were able to write this review if you did not stay.In seems you wanted to cancel without a penalty. Unfortunately lift was broken so we ended staying in basement two bedroom which was a bit like a dungeon. But rooms were clean, beds comfortable and bathroom modern. Even had a selection of items for free in minibar. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Area was great, short walk to Kings Cross.

Denise,I apologize for the lift being out of service. This was only out for a few days while waiting for a part from our friends in Germany.All is now installed and working perfectly. We are the hotel in Kings Cross St Pancras that has an lift serving all floors. For all reader to note. One of the many reasons people choose us:)Facilities of a larger branded hotel but small boutique approach which is our moto. Five star service and quality and 4* prices. Thanks again for the review.

Was smaller than expected but okay. Couldn’t figure out coffee maker. No washcloths. Main attraction was proximity to train station. Thanks for the little treats left in refrigerator!

Ridiculous amount of money to spend for tiny tiny room, bath and no breakfast. Hate hotels that demand you pay in advance. Will never rebook or recommend. Your competitors offer much more.

In a quieter road. 5mins walk from kings cross/St Pancras station. Plenty of food options walking distance.
Double bed was rather small. Thankfully a portable fan was provided for circulation. Otherwise, it's rather hot.
