Clean, efficient, had laundry facilities. Great location near tube station, pubs, etc. Room was small but well organized and didn't feel cramped.

The property was clean and access was easy. No front desk, so be sure you communicate with the staff to coordinate your arrival.

I thought the room was nice and comfortable. I didn't like that I had to carry 4 suitcases up a flight of stairs even though the website states their is a lift. I didn't ask to be on the 4th floor. The man who checked us in was very rude. Their was a miscommunication when we checked in and I tried to explain, but he was not nice and I felt like I was being scolded. I told him I did not appreciate his tone. When we got it straightened out and he realized he was wrong he didn't even apologize.
