Small spaces; had to upgrade; there was a note in our room about the benefits (i.e. taxi service, discounts on attractions) ~ inquired with staff and they had NO CLUE. Tiny space for the money we spent. Noisy, disruptive neighbours. Only soap provided, no lotion or anything else. Won’t come back and I don’t suggest this hotel. Sorry, but we didn’t enjoy it. We think this is a converted AirBnB, claiming it’s a hotel. Do Better. 👎👎

A perfect, simple 3-star hotel if you want to stay close to Kings Cross / St Pancras. Small clean rooms with needed accessories and friendly staff.

I don't understand why this place has good review. the room is smell when we open the door. the bathroom was so smell. we must shut the door close. the bedding was smell. I can't see sleep. the pillow smell like sweaty feet. If I have perfume spray I will definitely need to use but I only have the roll on one with me.

If you are over 5 foot 6 inches the bed will be too small for you. The room is very tiny with limited space and should be avertised as such. Though it is in a convenient location to king's cross station and most walkable areas in London, the room and bathroom are just too tiny and uncomfortable to have a decent stay in. The staff however are very kind and accommodating as they the bathroom has a electrical shower unit and when it broke they were very quick to offer a vacant room for me to shower in.

Front staff were wonderful, so helpful. Our room was on the 3rd floor and no lift, so we got our exercise. I can’t recommend for anyone who tires easily with stairs. Room was very small and we shared the toilet and shower, which wasn’t a problem. Location was great for our purposes but not a high end street.
