"We went just for the weekend to celebrate my birthday and it was a wonderful stay. The room was comfortable and the bed was comfy. The only thing we didn’t care for was there was no microwave and the shower did not match the room description that I booked. Otherwise it was a great stay! "

"Just want to clarify - Did have a small balcony but inaccessible due to having a secure rod blocking door track but was not advertised for a balcony.. Overall, my stay (2 nights) was wonderful. Staff was friendly. Very clean throughout. Huge variety for continental breakfast. Excellent water pressure for shower. Kids loved the pool. I enjoyed the hot tub. Would definitely stay again next time in the area. "

"I came to Minnesota to put my father on Hospice and I stayed at this hotel my last night. The only thing was, was given a room right next to the elevator, that I would hear all night, and had to be up at 3am to catch my flight. I went back down and asked for a different room and told the woman the situation. She was really great about it. Every employee I ran into was very kind and helpful. When I check out at 3:45am, the woman behind the desk was great! It wasn’t time for breakfast but she still went and found me what I was looking for to eat. I was treated very well and it was the best room out of the 3 that I stayed in for my trip! Very friendly, helpful and kind! I will definitely stay there again!"

"We have stayed at this hotel every year for the past several years for our son’s annual Mayo Clinic visit. After his appointments we put our best efforts into making this trip feel like a vacation for the kids and this is our “fancy” hotel we stay at. Right next to the Mall of America, IHOP, and pretty much a straight shot to head out of town back home. Staff have always been accommodating to our family and the kids love the breakfast. Rooms are always clean and orderly. They offer several services we don’t really use but would be very beneficial if need be as well. "
