Front desk staff wasn’t there for check-in. There was a line of people waiting. The amenities are old and the rooms weren’t very clean. Breakfast options were limited and breakfast area was unclean

This property's maintenance was fair. The window in my room and some windows in common areas did not close properly allowing for frigid air to enter into the indoor spaces. The overall cleanliness of the room space was excellent, However there were a few things that were neglected from the prior occupant that I addressed personally: I cleaned the microwave and refrigerator (it was stuck shut by something sticky), defrosted the freezer (it was VERY gross), and repaired the coffee pot (the rubber hose from the heated water into the coffee drawer was not attached and the water was going all over the desk!). Cleaning these items left a few face cloths looking a bit grungy, but I figured it was a good trade for a little bleach! The staff was friendly and helpful and quick to respond to requests. The breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious. When issues arose, staff was quick to respond: the bird who visited breakfast was "helped" back outside and a guest who left their car running in the parking lot for hours before it was discovered was "tracked down" and notified accordingly. Great job! Snow was cleared away from the common areas effectively. I definitely would stay in this facility again and expect to in the future as I have family in the area I'll be visiting again!

This was the dirtiest hotel ive ever stayed at. If we werent exhausted on arrival, we would have left. The area was sketchy. Room was filthy. Tv was tiny. Shower/ tub had standing water in it. Bathroom was gross and had sticky floors. Totally run down. Freshly painted, but still nasty. Smelled musty like mold. Our room door didnt even close all the way. Could see light at the top of our door and door was super thin.

Our room should have never been rented out. The window was holding on by a towel and a trash bag. I had to clean our bathroom. When telling front desk they’re like what you want us to do about it you booked through a third party. You have to contact the third party. They even gave me towels to clean the hair in the tub. I have pictures too! The employees dress in their Pajama literally. The breakfast is not hot it’s like getting something from the gas station. Didn’t eat it after I noticed it. First time staying at a Quality Inn and last time. Never will stay at a Quality Inn.

Not accessible friendly or clean.
Room was supposed to be wheelchair accessible. Bathroom was retrofitted for access, you had to power up a incline to get out of room into bathroom then once in shower you dropped about 6 inches into tile floor. Then fight to get up hill to get out. Room was accessable to far side of bed but hard to get to that side because of squeezing between bed foot and tv stand. Other side was 25 in from wall- chair will not fit. Breakfast was tasteless and undercooked. Do not reccomend.

We stayed there ba college parents weekend about 30 miles from the hotel, the hotel price gauged us at $249 per night. The hotel is in bad shape, broken blinds in the room poor lighting and very outdated. This wouldn't have bothered me if we had paid $100 a night, but the price gauging is ridiculous. Get rid of the toxic styrofoam in the breakfast room. The staff was friendly.
