Maintenance and operations leave a lot to be desired. Pool was closed 2.5 out of 3 days we were there. Bathroom door didn't latch. Room's window had very large cracks. Uneven concrete sidewalks around building.

We arrived early (1:30 pm) and stopped to see if our rooms were ready and could go ahead and check-in. The rooms were not ready but the woman at the front desk was so incredibly kind and friendly.
We came back after our event (9:30ish) and there was another woman working the front desk who was equally friendly. One of our daughters is very outgoing and let her know that her "uncle (name)" would be arriving shortly as well. When he walked in the door she quietly shouted "it's uncle (name)!", the fact she sees countless people but remembered what our daughter had said later that night was very cool. Both staff members we interacted with her so, so great.
We stayed in the two bedroom apartment and had plenty of space. The room was spotless and fresh. The bathrooms were clean and very large.
The hotel is just a short drive away from campus and the perfect spot with being close but not too close. The area was quiet.
If we have another reason to come to Bloomington this will be our number one pick place to stay.

The only thing I didn't like was the vanity mirror.Way too dim. Rest was great!

Everyone was so helpful and friendly. We had a little party there and they couldn’t have been more accommodating. Everything was so nice! Thank you!
