"Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Only issues I experienced was the elevator. It got stuck or did not open on two occasions."

He was courteous, professional, and highly knowledgeable—an outstanding representative of the hotel. The property itself was clean, quiet, and conveniently connected to the Mall of America. Overall, a fantastic stay!"
