Room was very comfy, staff was nice and available at all hour, fresh breakfast in the dining room, and location, location, location being only 3 blocks from IU’s campus and the campus-town district.

The first time, stayed in a bed and breakfast hotel. I loved the property! The staff is very friendly. I couldnt make roku/tv work, but it was good since i could sleep for more time. I would go back and stay here.
