the room smelled weird. like wet or plumbing or something. there were a few families that had effectively turned the hot tub into a kiddie pool- probably 12 kids or so swimming around in the spa tub making it completely unusable

We always stay here when in the twin Cities. Excellent staff, dog friendly and centrally located. Manager Nick is the best. Very welcoming!

Front desk worker was brand new and left by himself. So the service took longer than we’d hoped. After 14 hours of driving we waited for almost 20 min to get checked in.
They had no carts to roll our luggage.
Otherwise cleanliness was great and staff was mostly nice.
