musty room hard to breath inside , toilet with disgusting stains

I am very sorry for your poor experience. I will be working with our staff to improve our room cleanliness. As someone with asthma, a musty room that is hard to breath in is the last thing I would ever with for a guest, and I am sorry that that was your experience.

Basic accommodations at a reasonable price. Well equipped kitchen if you are in town for several days and don’t want to eat every meal out. Conveniently located fairly close to IU at a reasonable price.

The overall hotel was good! Room a nice size with kitchen. When we entered the room smell in a room was either mold or smoke.Otherwise room was clean and bathroom have a lot of different size towels.

Horrible staff

I was on a company trip, for 3 days. I paid for 3 rooms as well. The desk clerk falsely accused my adult work crew of being loud and smoking in the room. After offering him and staff to enter room , to prove we were not doing such a thing , he evicted us and said he was calling cops. Keep in mind , I have an adult crew, 50yr old plus , and we are not kids, but this “kid” was rude, unprofessional, had no proof whatsoever and no argument or respect. We also asked to talk to upper management, but he resorted to the back office like a baby. Horrible experience, and no refund was granted for the days we did not even stay.
