"We came in at 1105 and that lady in the front desk was not so friendly.. i asked if we can do early check in since we came in from another state and she said we have to pay $50… so we decided not to do it coz we booked 2 rooms and we have to pay $100 then she said come back at 1200 without any empathy/ or sympathy not even smiling with us so we decided to go to the mall first and check in at 3pm thank goodness the one who assisted us is not her… the guy was very helpful and very nice"

"This hotel was surprisingly affordable given the proximity to Mall of America. The hotel is huge and they were able to provide my family with connecting rooms, which was much appreciated. The area of the hotel where we slept was very quiet and the bed and comforter were super comfortable. Room was clean. There were just a couple of things that felt a bit unusual to us. "Would totally give this 5 stars because we truly enjoyed our stay here. The hotel was very clean and the front staff were all professional however beware if you plan on utilizing their airport shuttle. We made a reservation and after waiting over an hour without getting picked up, we decided to get a rental. It might have just been a bad day for us and hopefully it’s not like that all the time but that was the only bad experience. I’d definitely come back..with a car rental reservation though :)...

"Great location right off light rail stop. Very nice new building. Onsite staff very friendly. Had a studio that was very spacious with in unit washer, dryer, kitchen, along with everything I needed (coffee, etc). Only issue was low water shower pressure and an entryway rug in u it would be nice for putting wet boots on"
