The cleaning service is terrible. They only provided 2 towels for 4 people. Cleaning is every 3 days and they don't change the sheets. They don't clean the bathroom or the sink and they charge extra on the card. Bad experience with my family. I would not recommend this hotel chain. Terrible service from the staff.

I usually stay at this property, but this time I went, it was very noisy. The people next to me were loud I could not sleep and there was a child over my head, bouncing a ball and I could not sleep or change my room because the hotel was at capacity on Saturday night also, I thought I would get a senior discount on my room and I did not

So sorry ms kim, we sincerely apology. Anytime you have an issue always call the desk we could call them or move your room. Your reservation was made through expedia and you received the expedia rate. We hope you continue to use our hotel for we sincerely believe this is a one off incident Best Regard.
