Useless place and service from Hotels.com

On arrival, the B&B was closed; no one was forth coming and on enquiry by telephone of the owners, I was informed that they were not there and I would have to ask the booking agent (Hotels.com) for another booking. I am still waiting to be reimbursed for the pre-paid booking. Refund me now!

Pay little get little

Pros: Nothing really
Cons: Service to customers. Answer the phone when it rings. Even Expedia could not get through on the number on the site.
Location: Bloemfontein is beautiful. Lots of nature to see and great places to visit. But this hotel can spoil it for you.
No service. Argumentative and indifferent staff and no real effort made to solve problem. I moved out after first night.

Not Accommodating

Pros: We didn't get to experience it.
Cons: Better staff who fulfill their word to accommodate the needs of their guests.
Location: N/A
We arrived later than anticipated and called beforehand to make sure they would open for us which they agreed to. However, no one was available and we were not able to stay in the room we paid for. Extremely disappointing when they advertise late check in's.
