When we arrived no booking was made at the lodge

Dearest Mr Taljard,
I do apologise for your booking that was not on our system.
We are in the process of installing fibre, which in the process, makes our internet "dip" now and then, and that caused some of our bookings not to pull thought to our reservations system.
I do apologise for that, and hope you still had a pleasant stay at Bains Lodge.
We look forward to welcoming you to Bains Lodge again.

It’s only good enough for a one night en route to Johannesburg. Other than that I would not recommend it to anyone for leisure stays. Too much partying and the cabins needs a complete revamp
