There was an issue with the bedding in the room. It was not clean and obvious had not been changed. we requested it be changed and was told they had no staff at that hour. We asked where we could find clean bedding and would do it ourselves and was told there was none available. The manager was not helpful and seemed not to believe us. The next day we asked her to come up and she confirmed what we found. Said she would talk to owners and they would contact me and a week later still have not heard from them. Calling and leaving msg, but no response as of today the 25th.

My small room was a perfect size for one. Everything was clean. Beautiful grounds. Would’ve been nice to have some breakfast or lunch service there - just coffee/tea and dinner.

We were able to check in a bit earlier and the staff was very friendly. It is off season and would love to come back and stay in the summer.

Lovely hotel close to the center of town for dining, shopping and bike/scooter rental. The woman at the front desk was really helpful at check in and made great dining recommendations. We arrived mid spring, so shops and restaurants just starting to open, and the hotel provided a list of what was open. Our room was lovely - attention to detail in the way it was decorated and furnished. Only issue is it took a while for the hot water to come up (about 20 mins) while it was cold outside. Not a big deal, we weren't in a rush.

Stayed on the last night of the season, the restaurant at the hotel was already closed, but the room was great, staff was super helpful. Will definitely stay here again!
