Interesting location - the hotel is only on the 9th 10th and 11th floors of the building so dont exoect a majestic front entrance. The elevator to the hotel is inside the lobby and goes up the outside of the building. Once you're there the hotel is excellent. Good rooms, friendly staff and a freat breakfast selection.

I stayed here for about four days. Location is perfect for all needs in a more upscale safe neighborhood. The room was Small but adequate. Breakfast was varied. The sweetest Staff ever. So helpful and openhearted. Will return!

This is not the worst hotel for sure In Tirana I guess but certainly is not the best one. There is mosquitoes in the room and almost ate me that night ! Meanwhile one of the staffs in the evening was really rude , asking me to have my passport to keep in reception and said it is local policy! I asked local friends they never heard about this and they told me the staff is just being racist and think I am a drug dealer ! He is also very rude to my friend greeting me in the reception like a police but not a receptionist! When I check out , another receptionist keep questioning me if I used any thing in the min bar and go back to account the wines and beers! It is amazing to see how unprofessional and unfriendly they are ! So far my worst experience in Albania! It seems too many new hotels open but people in the industry are not ready for international tourism and a lot of education need to carry on here about common sense and treat everyone equally!

Lovely hotel, modern rooms and facilities, comfortable. Friendly, welcoming and helpful staff, that made the difference in my stay. Good selection of choice for breakfast. I would definitely stay again if I visited the country.
