"Absolutely a MUST! We were traveling from Munich to Austria with an open night in between when I found this amazing gem! Could not be happier with our stay! The restaurant was AMAZING. The staff was AMAZING. The sauna and steam room were AMAZING. The owners were AMAZING. As a couple whom only know a tiny if any German we were a little nervous we may feel out of place with language barriers in a smaller town yet never once did we feel that way! "The room is very clean and very nice. The breakfast is wonderful and has a huge variety of food. The staff does the bare minimum and don’t expect Michelin key behavior. The pool area and changing rooms had no towels. No one there to help. Called room service several times and nothing showed up. The main restaurant was closed 3 out of 4 nights and the back up restaurant was not busy, and still couldn’t accommodate basic things like cocktails or controlling coughing children from touching other peoples tables "
