The staffs were nice and friendly. The rooms were not too bad but need to improve.

Quite disappointed with the condition of the room. The door lock was not functioning properly. No spare toilet roll and we ran out of it in the middle of the night! The shower gel dispenser did not work. Shouldn’t the house cleaning staff check on these things when they clean the room everyday? Buffet breakfast spread was sub standard by Accor hotel std. Food was lousy.

3.5 stars hotel with 5 stars services
Had a great stay here for 3 days and 2 nights, as this is managed by Accor so we have been expecting this, love the semi-indoor swimming pool and the water is warm, love it! The breakfast ambiance is good, they are also eco-green so there will be an aqua water tank in every corridor level, on 2nd night I'm having an unpleasant incident on the lift, however, they immediately took follow-up action and asked how I feel, even they treat me beyond expectations. Their staff were very polite and generous, will definitely come back if I have time for a holiday in the near future.

Good stay overall
Posted 2 May 2023 on HotelsHad a great stay here. The food was goodand staff were helpful and nice. Our train was very early and we were disappointed that though the room is ready early we had to pay for early check in. We stayed a while so it wouldve been nice if they provided the customer service for early check in. Otherwise rooftop pool is nice but always crowded. The gym was nice and clean. Not many options to eat nearby so we usually ate in restaurant or took taxi for offsite eating
