"I would say overall that the property is okay or average. For two adults, both of whom are between six feet tall and over, it felt a little cramped. The cleanliness is average due to the fact that some of dressers and tables were a little rickety or had stains on them when we came in. No bugs of any kind, however, which was great. There are plenty of pots and pans, kitchen utensils for cooking, however there was no cookie or baking sheet so you'd have to use tin foil or buy a cooking pan....

The kitchen was well equipped, extremely impressed, cooked meals and had everything I needed. "A very unique venue combining original architecture with modern features which made it more interesting than your average hotel. You can take a short walk around the hotel to see all the different buildings and plaques to show what they were used for. "A great hotel in a great location, a 20 minute walk to the centre. Easy to find and on site parking. Gym and other facilities also available (but I wasn’t able to make use of them). The room was fantastic, clean and tidy, good soundproofing. All the amenities were available- including an iron! Would definitely stay here again."

"Staff were great, when we checked in I said I was a platinum member and got and upgrade. First time that has happened as a hotels.com member. Also mentioned it was my partners birthday and got a free bottle of wine that was left in the room. Room was great and hotel is in a great location."

Night in a Cell... Criminals have it easy :-D :-D

"Cell room was a great experience, however other half mentioned that the lighting could have been better for applying makeup etc. Couple of switches that didn't seem to control everything, but overall I would visit again, Staff were fantastic, and defiantly would go again."
