Our room has a beautiful view. The gal at the front desk we so helpful and friendly. It was raining and she gave us umbrellas to use while we walked around if the day. Great place with great people.

This hotel is in a good position for lake Bled, only a 5 minute walk to the lake. A good base for travelling around, however, traffic around the area is usually very heavy. The staff are pleasant and helpful. The grassed area by the side of the car park would benefit from some seating. The rooms were clean but not serviced too well daily. I would say the hotel only just reaches 4 star.

Air conditioning simply did not work. I would not stay here if the outside temperature was anywhere in the mid-20’s or above.
Staff adjusted the thermostat when we go to the room, again when we complained after the first night and were unable to deliver a fan that they committed to providing. Clearly an issue they were aware off across all rooms based on responses. Unhelpful.
I took the mattress off the bed and slept on the balcony. That is not a joke. Room may have been 32 degrees.
5 stars for having a balcony big enough to fit a mattress…
