This property sits above the commercial center, so your view of the lake is over the parking lot and roof. The lake side rooms are above the loading area for your buses. The main road is very busy into the evening.

The staff was amazing, super friendly. The breakfast had a wide variety of food. We had the pool and hot tub to ourselves and that was great. The shower was so small it was pretty much unusable and the air didn’t work. The massage was closed which was an bummer. Overall a good stay.

I wanted to love this property but in the end just couldn't. Great location, great breakfast, great balcony tub overlooking the lake that was perfect for the romantically inclined. The AC, however, was a farce. We were okay in late September with the balcony door open but I wouldn't want to be in that room in the summer. Wholesale water outage for one day of our stay and finally, inexplicably charged 34 Euros for a 28 Euro bottle of wine, according to the menu. Double check all bills. Enough parking during shoulder season if you were there before 4pm but would likely be difficult in the summer. Overall our stay was okay but we weren't blown away.

The view from the property was outstanding, the breakfast was top notch. The staff was super helpful and knowledgeable. All in all it was our favorite stay in Slovenia.

The property is a little old. Spacious rooms with a jacuzzi in the bath room. Great location too. The beds were uncomfortable but otherwise it was good

The free breakfast was excellent and our kids were happy to have a pool on the day it was too cool to swim in the lake. Lake Bled is small and we easily parked our giant van at the hotel and waked everywhere while staying there.

We had an overall good experience at this hotel with good breakfast. The only complaint we had was that in the middle of summertime’s hot and humid temperatures, their air conditioner is not blowing cold air. We brought this up with the front desk, unfortunately, it seemed like their AC really had a problem. Other than that, everything was good.

The entire staff was extremely nice, helpful and engaging at a personal level. Everyone was great. If I ever go back to Bled, I’ll stay at Hotel Lovec for sure.
