if you are content with the modular accommodation offered by the Chain Hotels this isn’t the place for you.
But if you would like somewhere with character and history both in the Villa and the town then this is the place.
The typically French house is divided into several self-contained apartments with free parking opposite which adjoins a small park on the edge of of the Gironde Estuary and near to the huge Citadelle commissioned by Louis X1V in the 18th Century.
The welcome extended by the Owners was exceptionl and the common theme in the Guest book was
“We wish we were staying longer!”

Gorgeous apartment in Blaye

A quirky hotel brimming with character
Posted 30 Jun 2019 on HotelsA quirky hotel brimming with character and welcoming staff. Faces the estuary in Blaye, there are plenty of good bars and restaurants in walking distance. Perfect for exploring the local vineyards and the Medoc region is just a short ferry crossing away.

We were blown away by the high level of dedication and care by the owner and personnel. We cannot speak highly enough of our family stay at this apartment. From when we arrived and throughout our stay the level of customer care was outstanding.

Wonderful stay
Posted 30 Jun 2016 on HotelsWe had a wonderful stay! The apartment was immaculate. We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment and it was very roomy and tastefully decorated, with cool artwork all around. The breakfast was very nice and the owners and staff were very helpful
