"We stayed at Hotel Fron on two separate nights- one at the start of our trip and one at the end. I booked a two bedroom apartment both times. Our first night we were put in a three bedroom apartment, which was wonderful! Since we arrived via redeye earlier that morning, the three bedroom allowed each of my kids to have their own room to get good sleep. Our second night we were put in a two bedroom apartment. The bedrooms in both apartments were comfortable. We were able to check in early on the day we needed to. Front desk staff was efficient. I reserved parking by emailing the hotel a few months prior to our stay and it was so helpful to not have to worry about finding a spot. Breakfast was good- very different from an American continental breakfast but we all found something we liked. All in all, two great stays at Hotel Fron!"

"Modern clean hotel on the outskirts of Reykjavik. Rooms are simple but nicely appointed. Reception open 24 hours and always helpful. Recommend booking a Mountain View otherwise you will be looking over the industrial buildings behind the hotel"

"Wonderful staff and excellent location. We needed to be near the BSI bus station and it was only a 15 min walk and then only about 20-30 mins walk to downtown. The staff was incredibly polite and helpful. Very clean! I would stay here again. They also provide lockers for free to store our hiking gear which was really great. "
