All new upgraded interiors in a quaint historic motel. The staff was great and the included fresh baked breakfast was perfect!

The property looked newly remodeled. The decor was fresh and new. Great bathroom space. Nice linens. Could have used a mirror in the room and some more hooks for hanging things. Great and very comfortable space!

For the price, this is an excellent hotel option. The property is an old-style, one-story roadside motel that was completely refurbished and redecorated during COVID. Bathrooms, beds, floors, interior and exterior appearance are all new. Nice southwestern vibe to the room decor. Perfectly clean. Above-average breakfast options. Friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are a bit small, but hey, they don't charge like the Four Seasons. And there was room enough to accommodate our needs.

Great one night stay at Stone Lizard Lodge, very comfortable beds, nice touches like books in the room and tables outside the room and in the garden. Would highly recommend if you’re in the area

A truly peaceful place to stay. The room was comfortable and nicely decorated in what I'd call a southwestern spa style... without the spa. There was an area behind the hotel that was like a "zen garden". I thoroughly enjoyed our time there.
