A perfect base for a few days.
The cottage is right next to a road so can experience traffic noise at times. Nothing that a good set of earplugs didn’t solve.
I would highly recommend the cottage.

Ok but not great all round
Posted 3 Nov 2023 on HotelsStayed for one night in room 6 with our dogs. Found room large and suitable for us with the dogs also. Went to restaurant in hotel for meal and was able to take dogs there also which is good. Food was a wide choice but all very salty ( I had Beef Bourgeon and husband had Vension casserole ) Found it quite pricey too for a standard meal with soft drinks only.
There is a lounge area to use which was good, this has a pool table, various couches etc and board games.
The negative part was the bathroom. Shower in bath which is ok if the shower works, it didn’t. There is not enough water pressure which made it impossible to use. This is a disappointment.
Over all not a terrible stay but not the best either.
