I liked nothing about Frontier. Staff members are vwry rudw and nasty. No professionalism. Not friendly or willing to help people/customers.

Great location near every restaurant & store you can imagine. Parking was easy, self park and free. Lobby and lounge areas very modern and clean. Check-in was easy and rep was friendly. Our room was fantastic! Very clean and modern with gray laminate flooring and an area rug under the bed. Beautiful, clean big bathroom with large walk-in shower. Nice TV, plenty of space to put our belongings. Massive full length mirror and coat hooks to hang our jackets. The headboard was soft but covered with hygienic material. Bed was comfy. Breakfast was great! Eggs, large sausage links, all different types of breads and spreads, coffees, other drinks, etc. we would absolutely stay here again.

Booked for the indoor pool and it was out of service no warning on the website I think it was misleading

Overall a nice property. We had a king room with jetted tub. I’m not sure when the last time someone stayed in that room, but the water pressure shot out like it hadn’t been turned on in awhile. The water pressure in the tub trickled out so it took forever to fill. The biggest issue we had was the yappy dog that was barking until after 10pm. He sounded like he was in the hallway so I opened our door and realized he was staying across the hallway in the other room and was barking underneath his door. The owners of the dog must’ve been out and left the dog in the room. Thankfully, we went to bed late and by then, the barking stopped.

The pictures on the website (Expedia) were not accurate and the hotel was much nicer than excpected. There was breakfast included from 6am-10am as well.
