Great staff .warm and comfy. Food excellent. Most of all first class entertainment. Unique never laugh so much briliant compere dancers, and guest stars .would highly recommend for a great weekend thank you staff at viking

Good location, however the staff let the hotel down, asked for iron and ironing board had to go get it myself, seemed everything was a bother from the young man with curtains for a hair cut. The house keepers walked into my room didn't announce who the were, knocked the door repeatedly, need do not disturb signs as that was a nightmare, unsettling with broken sleep, wasn't happy. Also pigeon fearhers in bath because window in bathroom was left open on arrival, shower fixed and not suitable anyone over 4.5". Breakfast buffet ok and restaurant staff were better.
