I went to this hotel at the start of the main holiday season, so the hotel and nearby resorts were still quiet. It is a small hotel situated in a building that has been there for decades, so it does not have all the conve iences of a more modern building - e.g. no lift. Having made allowances for this aspect I made the most of things and really enjoyed my weekrnd stay. I definitely intend to go there again!

Off-season visit so very quiet and thus probably unrepresentative of most stays, but cheap, clean and tidy.

ROTTERJAM
Posted 9 Oct 2018 on HotelsAn amazing journey, there, during, and back. Everyone was so kind. I went to see Paul Weller, lead singer of THE JAM, and I met him. wowwwwwwwwwwwww. Broke my ankle on the last night but that just adds to the stories.

Stayed here for one night as I was taking part in Blackpool's ride the lights. Hotel is located right at the north of Blackpool near to Cleveleys. Hotel itself is very clean and the owners very pleasant and chatty. Stayed in room 3 which was a single room with its own ensuite. Very clean and the bed extremely comfortable. Whilst I was staying their the hotel wasn't 100 percent full so very quiet and easy to sleep/relax in the room. Wi-Fi is excellent and is fast. I didn't have breakfast so cannot comment. Free parking at the front if the hotel is useful. Note the hotel is opposite where trams runs so you can walk to the tram stop to get into Blackpool. Takes around 15/20 mins. It's about a 10 minute drive to the tower area depending on traffic but don't try and walk as that takes about hour! Overall a pleasant stay.
