Property was good for what we needed it for. It was local to where we were visiting so very convenient. Property needs some TLC (deep cleaning and redecorating needed). Staff were friendly.

Didn't clean the room once while I was there(7night), only 2 towels between 3, when asking for car park they phoned someone who would take my car and hand it back when the hoilday was over and if i paid cash he would do it cheaper 🤔.

Ideal location for Winter Gardens, where we were going Saturday night. Close to Tower and we parked on a drive 2 streets away. Can pull up outside to unload. Room a little tired but adequate for what we needed. Comfortable bed

i stayed at the Albany for 3nights nice person on reception clean rooms with ensuite shower and toilet i would recommened it .

I would like someone to contact me before I send my.email with at 3pm today with my.email explaining why I had to leave due to the infected blood stained room, bed, bedding in the filthiest room I've ever walked into. No refund, owner thinks blood strained pillows, mattress, mattress protection and quilt as well as other stains and electrical fire hazards is acceptable in a budget hotel.
I will be sending photographs and video evidence to the proper government departments if I do not receive a call from Hotels.com today.. I have 36 photographs in total of electrical hazards, fire hazards and the pillow's you see are the replacement pillow's we were given when we asked for the first 4 to be changed.. We were booked into different attractions in Blackpool so had to buy throw overs in Blackpool that day in order to sleep on the FLOOR the first night until we could get out and search for new accommodation on Saturday
This is not what is advertised...

In your case, after removing both the bedding and mattress protector, you identified a spot on the mattress. As we explained, this was not a blood stain but a bleach mark. We also noted that you moved the furniture in the room to investigate further.Nevertheless, we take your concerns seriously and will thoroughly review the issue to ensure it is resolved as soon as possible. Owner was absolutely fantastic room was warm due to high temperature gave us a fan and tended to all of our requirements room was clean and the town was right on doorstep thanks for great stay booking up for October
