Lovely hotel, friendly staff great entertainment. Opted for a premier room which didn’t let me down. Dined in restaurant, excellent choice of food, complimentary glass of wine, gift on table as it was a mock Christmas Day. Over all excellent stay.

Graham, we have no idea why you have scored the hotel as 1/5, you have made no report of any issue during your stay or upon departure, having stayed 2 nights, in a new club room with garage parking. If there was an issue please contact the hotel directly and we will try to address any issue you may have had during your stay.

Staff, food, entertainment first class, first time at this hotel but would stay here again, could not fault it

Another excellent stay at Ruskin we had great 4nights break breakfast and dinner was very good looking forward to going back next year
