Spacious but friendly hotel right on the sea front
Posted 9 Jan 2022 on HotelsI originally booked and it was moved to a sister hotel as the original hotel was closed for refurbishment. The staff were friendly and welcoming the rooms view was not great (it was an alleyway) but it was on the sea front and the room was very spacious.

Where do i start got taxi from station he didnt know it had too google tho he been doing job 7yr gets there all darrk deserted cos shut called next door they said been like that awhile n i was 3td person yhat day to ask looked nothing like pic we was lucky denise at thornclife had a ro and put us up as too why we wasnt informed of closure ive no iddea

Never got to pleasure by beach had to stay royal windsor sister hotel. Got there and you had cancelled booking no refund and we had to pay again has stuck in blackpool cost has 180 before we left on monday should only be 150. Still waiting for refund. On the friday when got there had to pay another 312. Please can you sort this out
