Posted 27 Jul 2024 on HotelsStayed here for the darts at the Winter Gardens. Location is a very easy walk from Blackpool north station and the venue itself. There is also a nicely refurbed pub 'Duke of York' down the road that has pool and darts too.
The owners were very friendly and made us feel welcome, even cooked us a lovely breakfast. The room itself, has everything you need and a very. very comfy bed. Happy days

Thanks for your review. Just to clarify for other guests, you probably had a terrible time here because you were asked to leave the premises. You were refused service at the bar because a member of your party had vomited all over the entrance which our staff diligently cleaned for guests who were enjoying their drinks and meals at the time. After being refused service you became aggressive and rude towards the owners and the staff at the property. This behaviour contravenes our terms and conditions, detailed in the 'Guest Conduct' section- please, when you visit another hotel, learn how to behave properly and respect your surroundings and your hosts.

I would recommend this hotel . Owners really friendly . Rooms very clean . Breakfast was excellent. Would definitely stay again

Window handle was broken. Wind was blowing through everywhere.
House needs a good dusting.
The best part was the breakfast.
I would never come back again.

Thankyou for your comments .I have checked the handle in that room and there is nothing wrong with it and does work.I can’t help the weather outside that is out of my control .You stated your room was lovely and you stated at breakfast the hotel is very clean and you would come back again .If there was a problem you should of come to speak to us but from your comments there was not a problem as you praised our cleanliness and you praised our room and there was not a problem with window but thanks for your comments

Excellent one night stay
