It’s beautiful very well maintained building staff on check in were friendly, proficient and knowledgable, great location at the quite end of the golden mile room was lovely the shower was amazing

Great stay, not your usual Blackpool B&B
Great hotel, almost forgot I was in Blackpool. Stayed in a 'Comfortable Room' and it was very well equiped with ensuite wet room. High quality fittings and decor. Automated check-in and digital keys were a bit confusing but worked well. The reception wasnt manned during our stay so not sure what would have happened if we had issues.

The hotel is quirky and is well decorated plus in a great location, however the issue of cleaning standards, no soft closing doors to prevent constant banging and a lack of staff presence after 10pm which resulted in absolutely no sleep due to other guests being antisocial has ruined the stay at this property
