As we made our way to our room, the initial impression was overshadowed by an unpleasant odor that clung to the walls—a distinct scent of cigarette smoke that seemed to linger in the air. It was somewhat off-putting, especially for those of us sensitive to such smells. However, after mentioning our concerns to the friendly staff member at the front desk a few hours later, we noticed a significant change. Perhaps it was the fans they turned on, or maybe a prompt cleaning session, but the air felt fresher, and the smell dissipated considerably. This hotel has designated areas for smoking, and our room was situated just outside that section, which likely contributed to the initial discomfort. Thankfully, the staff's attentive response reflected their commitment to guest satisfaction, ensuring our stay became much more enjoyable as time went on. Their swift actions helped transform our experience, allowing us to focus on the warmth of the hospitality rather than the lingering scent of smoke.

Thank you for the positive review. We've also noticed that if a guest goes outside to smoke and then walks down the hallway afterwards, it will make the hall smell. I'm happy that the staff took care of the issue.

While access to the property was clearly marked driving through other businesses parking lots felt odd.
