"Very friendly and helpful staff - even though our German was terrible and some foods were not to our taste and we didn't understand sauna protocol - we got on really well - so friendly, relaxed and in a great walking location. Staff were a real delight - such a nice change from corporate hotels."

"The room was spacious and comfortable, but certainly not worth the price nor rating of a 4.5 star hotel. Hotels.com boasted "4 restaurants" while in actuality there was only one restaurant with 4 different sitting areas with the same menu and you could not choose in which area you wished to sit. The older staff was also not at all friendly and acted a bit annoyed with every question or request. There were also loud noises with the creaking of the wood steps and hallways."

"The perfect hotel on the border of the black forest, stunning scenery, great spa facilities, lovely staff. Easy to access, good roads and parking for car enthusiasts with low cars! Clean rooms with most things you would need (no coffee/tea facilities which was the only negative!). We will definitely be back!"

Hotel.com support is very poor, when contacted the agent as he given Switzerland number to call hotel. Stay at Rebstock hotel was really good and the service was really good. "
