"Excellent hotel… really enjoyed it "

"This hotel is in a great location on the seafront at Bitez. The staff are friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good. On the downside, there was no hot water at any time during our 3 day stay, the rooms are scruffy with electric sockets hanging out of the walls and leaking showers and the decor badly needed attention. The bed was comfortable. I wouldn’t stay there again but it was ok for a short break. "

"The hotel staff were very miserable and only spoke to us when they had to. The food was ok. We paid for all inclusive which was a joke, the drinks were very limited and served in small plastic cups. There wasn’t any snacks or ice cream. There was only one kind of beer and the wine was disgusting, all other alcoholic drinks had to be paid for. We were the only English people in the hotel fif the entire week and felt quite intimidated by the other people staying there. There were fly’s...

"Great little hotel a 5min walk from the beach. Comfortable beds and clean rooms, would definitely stay there again. "
