"Quick family trip we were welcomed with friendly staff, a nice clean room, and overall a great stay. The pool area was clean, wasn’t over smelling of chlorine, and everything worked. We had a blast. "

"Very nice order hotel. I mainly just used the pool area and my room. Pool area was busy, but it was good. The pool towels were completely empty all three times I used the pool. So the entry way into the pool was quite wet, perhaps supplying pool towels could help that problem. Sauna was nice and hottub was good and it was refilled the next day it seemed as a lot of water overspilled in tge hottub from all the patrons. Room was good and clean. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. "

"We choose this hotel though expedia... not knowing that when we arrived the hotel was closing forever... not knowing what to do called expedia was told they would get us another hotel... they promised us a free night plus a cheaper rate for the next day...... tjis did not happen as we had to pay again for the stay at the ramada... as we had already paid for a 2 day stay at this hotel.. so our 2 day stay cost us 3 days stay ... needless to say we are not impressed with our expedia...

"The cleanliness of room was disgusting. Bed was very uncomfortable, sheets & matress pad kept coming off from corners. The bathroom sink would not drain, the 'lever' to open was completely missing. Couch in room was gross. I would not even touch it. Don't bother with free breakfast, not even coffee available. Hubby had to run water for 10 minutes just to get warm water to shower."
