Location was convenient and close to the airport, parking was free, the lift wasn't working and the staff were unable to give us a room on the ground floor so we had to carry our pushchair up two flights of stairs. The room was fine if very basic, could do with a painting or a coloured paint on one feature wall to take away the hospital/prison vibe of the stark bare walls.

The hotel was ok. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was a decent size with a safe, iron, ironing board.
Downfall was there were marks on the wall not sure if this was a drink of sorts or blood.

Lack of information about taxi prices
Too expensive compared to other hotels at Stansted airport if you need to get taxis

The check in was poor and treated like cattle and the beds were uncomfortable and hair on the sink on arrival.
