"Everything about this stay was exceptional from the service to the cleanliness of the room, to courteous service. My only issue was my flight arrived early in the morning so I arrived at the hotel at 7am long before my 2pm check in so I waited 5 hours in the lobby to check in because they said they did not have any available rooms yet."

"The air conditioning (AC) were not working at all, they were in a poor condition which once you switch off it does not start again. The hotel was out of hot water for the 48 hours.
