Even though we reserved and paid beforehand, the hotel ask again a full cost of stay. It was awful experience ever.

Perfect stay

One of the best hotels I ever stayed:) Superfriendly staff (thank you Gulzat:) ), the room is very clean, and the bed is so super comfortable. Its just everything is there what i need, super shower, nice view from window, warm room, fast wifi. Breakfast is delicious and much, free coffee/tea/water, supermarket is just 10 mins away, also 5 minutes walk from local Navat kyrgyz cuisine restaurant. Perfect stay:) Only negative is no english channel in tv, and shower needs a little time to be warm. Excellent stay

This was an clean and decent hotel. But the room size might be smallish. front desk was friendly. Breakfast and the wi-fi was OK. I am recomending this place.
