Drain flies in the sink and room had musty smell. Staff was good and otherwise the room was clean

The room was not as clean as I expected especially since I paid 113.00 for it. There was an incident where a man was going to rooms asking where a female was next to my room. The sofa in the room was very dirty. I was just really disappointed.

The service is horrible. The person who works in the lobby has a very bad character and the rooms are very dirty.

No toilet paper in room and was made to wait in line while multiple people went through check in process before taking the required 30 seconds to retrieve my toilet paper that should have been in the room to begin with.
