At check in was given a room key card for an already occupied room , was then given another room but felt unsafe as i was worried someone would access my room.
Fire alarm went off in the morning

Music from the gym heard in rooms at 6am
No fobs for lockers so unable to leave bag Securely.

The parking was very good and convenient- the room was not cleaned properly with dirty cups left and bed
Not made properly and linen questionable- I requested clean cups but they did not deliver them to the room - mould in shower area and carpet unclean
