I didn’t get any cleaning service through out my stay as I stayed for 2 nights.
There was no prior instruction on how to check out,came out in the morning to check out and couldn’t find anyone,all doors locked and nobody in sight….:after several minutes of confusion and walking around trying random doors I then saw a key drop box and dropped the key and left,I even tried the number on the sign in front of the building and no one answered.
Knowing there’s no phone in the rooms to call receptionist,the least they can do is check in on customers from time to time to see if they need anything and give instructions about check out on checking in.

we do provide cleaning but normally we are asked, when you check in we provide you with an information form with clear instructions about the key drop box and the back door system as we are not open 24 hours only from 8am till close it is impossible for us to check in on everyone most people have there own phones to ring down but we are just a no frill accommodation

Cheap and Cheerful
Posted 28 Aug 2024 on HotelsCheap and Cheerful, it was perfect for staying close(ish) to my destination to save me a stupidly early start on the sunday morning.
The family who own the place were really friendly and being close to an authentic indian curry house (or 5) offered me a perfect evening before getting an early night.
