Lovely lobby area. Nice suite room though the "king" bed was two singles pushed together which left a delve in the middle. Shower was not great. Breakfast was pretty good and parking was ample

Everything was perfect.
I had the exam next day so I was worried before booking but it's a very quiet hotel with friendly staff.
No complaints, will love to stay again if I come to Birmingham.

Amazingly large room though had to report a small leak in the toilet. Friendly staff. Great dinner and nice breakfast though a little lukewarm by the time we ate at 9.10 (we weren't in a rush).

Only reviewing a single room, which were on the second floor in the corner of the property. Reasonable for the price. Noisy bathroom extractors were clearly left on by someone in the room next so needed ear plugs to sleep and you could still hear it then. Nice check in area.

4 hours sleep in 2nights, so not ideal
Posted 19 Aug 2024 on HotelsDo not be put in 320, its next to the laundry room which houses the boiler or something similar, every few minutes it kicks in and a noisy fan starts rumbling away.
First nights sleep was not so bad, but I had several alcoholic drinks, but last night I didnt sleep at all ir my wife, literally laying in bed counting down for it to start again.
Rooms are old, one window wouldn't open as the mechanism was broken, lighting was not great as one tub light gone, felt small, dark and dingy, felt even worse as I only managed 4 hours sleep in 2 nights, so if sleeping is your preference I would avoid.
Room definitely needs an upgrade.
Breakfast isn't that great either to be honest I was hoping that would be the saving grace but sadly not

Lovely staff. Some of the rooms could do with a little attention (beside lights and curtain repair) but overall a lovely friendly hotel. Would stay again and would recommend to others.
